Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship (except for custom made items such as our curtain track systems or special order items which we will have stated in advance).

After selecting your preferred deliver method and confirming your order you will be issued with an order reference number. By default, all prices are shown excluding delivery charges.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All orders, where possible, are shipped every day from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We ship via a courier as standard although you can select post should you wish for smaller, less expensive goods. The courier guarantees a next working day delivery for 95% of mainland UK addresses.
Delivery Schedule We understand that delivery time is of the utmost importance. All orders for 'in stock' items will be dispatched the same working day using the requested delivery method (if placed before 4:00pm). If you have paid the upgrade to "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 12AM" and we are unable to ship your order 'same-day' you will not be charged the upgrade amount, but your order will be sent out via our next day delivery as soon as it is possible. Same day despatch applies to orders placed before 4:00pm on working days (daily except weekends and Bank Holidays).
Back Orders It is our aim to hold all the items in stock with the exception of the Silent Gliss curtain systems which are made to your specification. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock you will be informed by email or by phone within 48 hours, and you will have the choice of waiting for the item of cancelling your order and obtaining a full refund.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text format on any web site.

Privacy Policy Simply Automate do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

If in the event you wish to return your purchase then you can do so within 30 days - no quibble.

Outside of this period we guarantee our products for 12 months repair or replacement.

No goods will be accepted back without a confirmed RMA number from ourselves.

If you wish to return an item back to us you must email Support@SimplyAutomate.co.uk requesting an RMA number advising us of the order number, item you wish to return and the reason behind the request.

The request will be validated and you will be emailed return details (including our returns FREEPOST address) within 1 working day of your request.

Items returned to Simply Automate which haven't been processed via the procedure stated above could be subject to a 30-day delay.
